The company has completed over 200 projects, among them medical, financial and educational institutions, tourist and leisure resorts, commercial centres, office buildings and residential projects.

In cooperation with Phoenix Constructions and after successful bidding in government tenders, Lois Builders also takes part in large scale technical works such as infrastructure and road projects.

In recent years, the company has commenced operations in Saudi Arabia, through its subsidiary LOIS Builders KSA. Since that time, the company has set up a full scale operation with Head Offices in Ryadh; the first project was the construction of a Military Airbase Facility in the outskirts of the capital Riyadh worth approximately US$50m for the Aviation of the Saudi Arabia National Guard (SANG).
