UNIC includes the School of Business, School of Education, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, School of Law, Medical School and the School of Sciences and Engineering. Currently there are more than 12,000 students from over 70 countries studying in the University.

In 2019, UNIC was ranked by QS World University Rankings as No.91 among the top 100 universities in the Emerging Europe and Central Asia (EECA) Region.
